Marilyn "Mary" Lavern (Schield) Jackson died at an assisted living facility in Boise, Idaho on Saturday, May 4, 2024. Mary was 89 years old and she is survived by her daughter, Sharon Cunningham (Coeur d'Alene, Idaho). Mary will be laid to rest at Forest Cemetery in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

William Tompkins Rodenbach III died at his home in Boise, Idaho on Saturday, May 4, 2024. Bill was 76 years old and married to Linda (Francis) Rodenbach. He is a retired veteran of the United States Air National Guard. Bill and Linda have a daughter, Megan (Reed) Peterman, and two granddaughters. Following cremation, Bill will be laid to rest at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery in Boise, Idaho.

Allan Salzberg (April 21, 1939 ~ May 3, 2024) was born the son of Manny Salzberg and Mona Hirsch and grew up in New York, working in his family’s embroidery business during his summers.  Working for his family he developed the values of hard work and perseverance.  Allan’s family stressed the importance of education and showed interest in his studies.  From an early age Allan was fascinated with science. Ibrahim Ekic died at his home in Meridian, Idaho on Friday, May 3, 2024. Ibrahim was 75 years old and married to Halida (Duratovic) Ekic. Ibrahim will be laid to rest on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 4:00 PM at Morris Hill Cemetery; 317 N. Latah St. Boise, Idaho 83706. Friends and family are invited to attend the graveside service.

Robert "Bob" Timmons Hunt died at a care facility in Boise, Idaho on April 28, 2024. Robert was 78 years old and father to Ryan and Shawn Hunt. No services are planned at this time.

Eileen E. Tromp, 95, of Boise Idaho, passed away at home on April 25, 2024.  Born in Fairport Harbor, Ohio, on April 26, 1928 to Jacob and Mary (Pavola) Saari, she was a proud 1946 graduate of Harding High, where she played in the band and was a cheerleader.  She served as a switchboard operator for Ohio Bell, sometimes working on roller skates to quickly connect circuits for phone calls. Colt Summer Gillett, passed away on April 25th, 2024 after a long battle with addiction. She was 44 years old. She is survived by her husband Alex, her mother Sandra, her sisters and brothers, Dixie, Grant, Clint, Misty, Josh, and Larke, their spouses, her step-parents and step-siblings, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Lyman Gene Winchester was born on December 7, 1935, and grew up in Mountain Green, Utah. He passed away on April 21, 2024 in Boise, Idaho. He went by his middle name, Gene. He was the last surviving sibling of his 3 brothers; Ward, Brent, and Steven, and his older sister, Diane.
